A Rize alternative that keeps your activity at home
Rize, RescueTime and other automatic trackers are convenient: they count your time without you thinking about it. But to show it in an online dashboard, they send your activity to their servers. Flowly does the same job while keeping the details on your computer.
The same automatic tracking
Flowly records the app and website in the foreground every second, sets breaks aside and sorts everything into categories. You get your active time, a timeline of your day, a week view and a summary every evening.
The difference: where your data goes
With Flowly, window titles and page addresses never leave your computer. No screenshots are taken. Only daily totals per app and category can be synced with your account.
The AI assistant is optional, uses your own OpenAI key, and only receives app and domain names.
More than a tracker
Flowly also brings Pomodoro and Focus timers, app and website blocking, tasks, a calendar and a World that grows with every session. All on Mac, Windows and Linux, with a synced iPhone app.
